The time had come to create a new and shorter intro to my podcast. This is actually the third intro. The first was all music, "Arise and Shine" by my buddy Chris Taylor who let me use the song for free. Then the second version had movie clips and recorded audio. A couple of friends said my name and my sons said "and our dad." I will miss it but it was time.
I came up with the guitar riff for the new intro, and Greg Essington from Blue Water Highway played and recorded it for me. To top it off, Ben Balmer, an INCREDIBLE harmonica player from Texas, played and recorded the harmonica. I could not be happier with the way it turned out!
I've titled the new intro "The Journey Begins."
